CORPORATE STRATEGY

C
arnegie Hill Global Advisors works with Senior Executives to develop and implement corporate strategies that address current and anticipated market conditions. Strategy reviews begin with the early detection of major business issues and risks that may arise as a result of future market movements, followed by estimating the impact of these risks on the company's results. Consideration is given to the potential for organizational resistance to revisions of the corporate strategy. The analysis includes the evaluation of major strategic decisions and new initiatives that the company may be contemplating.

Effective implementation of the corporate strategy is critical to its success. We work with senior executives to ensure the design of an appropriate capital structure and allocation of financial resources. Our recommendations incorporate performance metrics that will assist the company in monitoring its progress and identifying potential issues that may arise in the future. Particular attention is paid to significant business contracts that may be impacted by future fluctuations in the financial markets.

The final element of analyzing corporate strategies is to work with the CEO and other Senior Executives to mobilize the organization around the strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating and designing management incentives. Management incentives are powerful tools to motivate the organization. However, as recent experiences demonstrate, the subversion of incentives can endanger the financial health and culture of an organization.
